Scope and Contents
A majority of this collection is comprised of the journals and written works authored and compiled by Betty Fairchild; dream journals, personal recollections, fictional tales, and descriptions of experiences in Hawai'i, Korea, and Bolinas are all included. Additionally, stories written during Ms. Fairchild's period of LGBT activism can be read. After a personal move, Ms. Fairchild discarded many of her writings and poems up until 1981, therfore the collection does not include any of her earliest works and begins in the mid-80s.
