Biographical or Historical Information

Tom Crouch, born on June 29, 1933 in Marshall, Texas, was a lawyer based in Dallas. He graduated from Abilene Christian College with a degree in Business Administration and then completed his law degree at Southern Methodist University in 1957. Before running for public office, he worked in oil and gas law. He was a captain in the 49th Armored Division and co-authored the 1963 Texas Code of Military Justice.
