Abstract

Documentation of cases executed by Dr. J.D. Dunn, a professor of Business Administration at North Texas State University. Material consists of correspondence, arbitrator's notes, a hearing transcript, a post-hearing brief, and an arbitrator's decision relating to the International Chemical Workers Union Local 526, Day, and Zimmerman case; as well as documents from cases settled prior to hearings by compromise. Organizations represented in these cases settled by compromise include: Cameron Iron Works, Local 15 of International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAMAW) from Houston, Texas; Texas Steel Company and IAMAW, Lodge 1591 from Fort Worth, Texas; Burkart/Randall Division of Textron Company and UAW Local 1249; Texas Steel Company and IAMAW Local 776 from Fort Worth, Texas; Blackwell Zinc Company and Smelter Workers Local 21538; Ben Hogan Company and USWA, Dallas Local 6193; Adams Hard-Facing Company and IAMAW Local 2476, Oklahoma City; Furrs, Inc. and Retail Clerks Local 462, Roswell, New Mexico; Dressers Industries, Inc. and USWA, Dallas, Texas; Douglas and Lomason Company and UAW Local 1550; Morton Salt and ICWU; Kast Metals Corporation and International Molders Local 333; New Orleans Public Service, Inc. and Electric Power Department and Power Division Employees Association; Copolymer Rubber and Chemical Corporation; IAMAW Local 1366; and Southwest Bell and Communications Workers of America Local 2215.
