Found in 5 Collections and/or Records:
Anshel Brusilow Collection
Bob McGrath Collection
The collection consists of 24 boxes of McGrath's band and symphonic compositions from his career with Mitch Miller, as a pop star in Japan, as a main character on Sesame Street, and as a performer in the U.S.
Nova Ensemble Collection
The collection consists of nine boxes of materials relating to rehearsals and performances by the Nova music ensemble, including scores, parts, and audio tapes (reel-to-reel and cassette). Compositions range from twentieth-century classics to pieces commissioned by Nova and the University of North Texas’s College of Music. Some scores are accompanied by notes from the composer or reference recordings.
Ralph Hartsock Flower Mound Ensemble Collection
The collection consists of three boxes of materials documenting the activities of multiple ensembles in Flower Mound, Texas, including the Flower Mound Symphony Orchestra, the Flower Mound Chamber Orchestra, The Celestial Wind Quartet, and other groups that rehearsed and performed at the Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church.
Whit Ozier Test Record Pressings
The collection consists of three boxes of 78 rpm test record pressings, primarily from Columbia Records. The Columbia items often have the name of employee John Ball on the label, as well as that of Paul Affelder; such labeling appears to correspond to tentative assignments for writing liner notes. Many discs are housed in the commercially produced containers made for the finished product, though many of the discs themselves are apparently unreleased alternate takes.
