The materials in the Joseph William “Dad” Pender Papers reflect his life and work.  These include testimonial letters, publications and photographs concerning his leadership as a professor, in his church, as a coach, and as a member of the masons.  The materials primarily date from 1925 to 1960.

The Bruce Bond Poetry Archive holds the author’s collected publications, including journals, anthologies, and books in which his work appears, from 1976-2022.

Papers of Beulah Harriss, the first woman hired as a member of the athletic faculy in 1914.  Ms. Harriss superviced the women's athletic program.  Ms. Harriss founded the Green Jackets Club in 1926 as a service and spirit organization at UNT.  She served as a faculty advisor for the Green Jackets for four decades.  She retired in 1960 and died in 1977 at age 88.

Collection contains a photo album, clipping and an NTSNC Snapshots logo. Mary Sweet was an English faculty member of North Texas State Normal College.

Papers of George David Hendricks concerning material on the American West and Folklore including articles, bibliography, book jackets, publications, drawings, maps, and photographs.

Papers of Helen Margaret Hewitt concerning her career in music as a student and teacher of the organ and musicology including certifactes, clippings, corresopondence, photograghs, programs, publication, scrapbooks.

The papers of Arthur McCullough Sampley, an English professor, director of libraries and the Department of Library Service, dean of the School of Arts and Sciences, and vice president for Academic Affairs. He also served as a Poet Laureate of Texas. The materials in this collection are from his personal papers.

Papers of Lou Ann Bradley, librarian at the University of North Texas.  The papers reflect Ms. Bradley's work supervising the Circulation Department, Preservation, and as the building supervisor for the libraries.  Ms. Bradley's work with the Athletics Department is also highlighted.

Series three, Administrative Papers, houses applications for accreditation, college policies, fellowship documents, grant applications, articles and ephemera.
